A Certified Senior Advisor is a professional dedicated to providing the highest quality of service possible to their Boomer and Senior Clients. A CSA must study and achieve 75% or higher on a certification exam to demonstrate that they understand the basic processes of aging, and how these processes influence the health, social and financial considerations of mature Canadians. For example, CSA’s learn about the physical, social and psychological aspects of aging, understand how grief and loss affect each of us, learn about financial and estate planning requirements, wellness, spirituality, and most importantly, the ethics of dealing with older clients.
